Healthcare Procurement Management in 2023 by Fozan Rizvi

I'm associated with Healthcare industry from 2016 and today I decided to write Procurement Management in Healthcare Year 2023. right now globally, various countries started Hospitals-State of the art and to give best services to their nation. Like in my beloved country (Pakistan-Asia) Public and Private sector launched State of the art hospitals. After COVID19 situation is critical. Youngsters and Old age people suffering from new infection/illness which is uncontrollable in 24 hours. Doctors suggested to patient to admit for full time in hospital for complete care. It will take 1 or 2 days to recover and stable to discharge from hospital.

Here is my 1st blog about Procurement Management. Because from more than 4 years working as a Senior Procurement officer but recently promoted as a TEAM LEAD-PROCUREMENT.
